I’m glad to read that you’ve resolved some issues within your site. But for me, as a paying subscriber, that was having some technical issue’s, I was willing to bare with you as you worked out the bugs, which can happen with the start up of any new web site. However, the treatment, or lack there of, I received from you goes beyond comprehension, that I can longer overlook.
Every e-mail that I sent, and I sent many, to one link after another, were all ignored! Oddly, the only person, that showed any concern and seemed to care was another subscriber ? Acknowledging and understanding the issue’s I was having, then offering advice and much needed encouragement to stay, while start up issues were being worked out.
The only acknowledgment I received from you, was nothing but a run around, contact us at this address, or try this one, and for the links that actually worked, I never once received a reply? In fact, the only message from you, other than the one’s posted on your blog (asking me to contact you at a particular address), was an e-mail written at the same time as your posting, chastising me, in broken english, for using your blog to voice my issue’s and again asking me to contact you through yet another link ? Which I did, and that was ignored too!
You e-mailed me that, but couldn’t include, that you were, at least, aware of the problem and were doing what you could, if possible, to try and solve it, no apologies, nothing ?
I only purchased a 1 month non-recurring membership, and though the cost was minimal , I received nothing for my expense, but a bad taste, I will not renew.
And…. I’m sure this won’t mean much to you, but it does to me, you lost me as fan… and that bothers me more than anything !
